How to use
Glitter eyeliner: The thin-tipped brush gives you control and creates precise fine lines. Wear it alone, or apply it over Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide-On Waterproof Eye Pencil or 24/7 Inks Easy Ergonomic Liquid Eyeliner Pen
Sparkly cat eye: Start from the inner corner & draw along the upper lash line. Extend the line past the outer corner with a diagonal flick upwards. Draw a second line from the end of the flick down to the first line, then fill in the wing.
