Dont's:Do not swim, Shower or use a hot tub while wearing lenses
Do not wear lenses beyond the recommended period
Do not sleep with the lenses on
Avoid direct air flow in to the eye while wearing lenses
Never use tap water or purified water for rinsing or storage of your contact lenses
Never use thermal disinfection methods for RGP lenses
