How to use
Uncap the Pac Glittr Liner and position the unique brush tip as close to your lash line as you can.
Glide the liner tip along from the inner corner of your eye to your upper eyelid. The brush allows for a wonderful one stroke application that will give your eye makeup a smooth finish.
Keep your eyes closed for about 10-15 seconds after the application to let it dry.
Make sure you close the cap tightly to preserve the product.
