Shake eyeliner pen before use for continuous flow. Starting from the inner corner, smoothly glide the tip along the lash line, adjusting pressure for desired thickness. Extend and flick for a winged effect, if desired. Allow to dry for a few seconds before blinking to prevent smudging. Layer for intensified color stroke.
