Using soft, feathery strokes, start at your Cupid's Bow and outline your top lip just outside your natural lip line; now mirror this on the other side.
Outline the corners of your bottom lip and bottom edge and finish by connecting edges. Check the symmetry and correct the shape as needed.
For a bolder look, fill in lips with the same lip liner before applying lipstick.
