How to use
For both natural and strong eye cut designs, pencil must be applied with fine, small strokes among the lashes of the upper and lower eye edges.
For best results, outlines must be blended with a tiny bit of powdered eye shadows (same pencil shade or different), using an eye brush n°5 or n°6.
