Always apply it to clean skin. Ideally, use it right after a shower when your skin is dry and your pores are open.
Give the can a good shake to mix the contents properly.
Hold the can about 6–8 inches (15–20 cm) away from your body. Too close and it might irritate your skin; too far and you won't get enough product.
Target the underarms and, optionally, the chest, neck, or back (depending on the product and how strong the scent is). Spray for 1–2 seconds per area. Don't overdo it!
Wait a few seconds before putting on clothes to avoid stains or wet patches.
