Wash your hands.
Tear the cellophane package of a tampon in the spot marked with a colour strip and remove all.
Straighten the string and check if it has a knot at the end.
Make a small hollow at the bottom of tampon using index finger.
Get into comfortable position, relax and gently push the tampon deeply into vagina aiming it upwards and to your back.
Tampon should be unnoticeable and the string should be hanging outside your body.
