Prepare: Wash your hands thoroughly before use & lay comfortably with legs spread apart.
Assemble: Attach the applicator to the cream tube & securely tightly with applicator.
Fill: Squeeze the tube to fill the inserter with the recommended amount of cream which is 6gm
Insert: Remove the applicator from tube & Gently insert the applicator into the vaginal area as comfortably as possible.
Release: Push the plunger of the applicator to release the cream inside.
Remove: Carefully remove the applicator and wash it thoroughly with warm, soapy water for future use.
Cleanse: Throw away the applicator & Wash your hands again after the application.
