Wet your long-handled loofah with warm water.
Place a small dab of your favorite body wash onto the loofah.
Gently massage your skin in circular motions.
Rinse the loofah and your body with warm water.
Hang the loofah to allow it to dry out.
Replace your loofah every three to four weeks.
