Place the Dual Side Foot File onto a flat surface.
Apply a generous amount of foot cream to your feet.
Hold the foot file and gently slide it back and forth on your feet in a circular motion.
After using the foot file, rinse it under warm water.
To ensure hygiene, dry the foot file with a clean towel.
