Cleanse and tone your face and neck.
Apply a thick layer of the peel on clean and dry skin.
Leave on for 10 minutes and then wipe off or wash off with a cleanser.
Follow up with a moisturiser to replenish the skin.
Always use a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 the following day.
Start using once a week and increase to twice a week.
Switch to ABP-22 if you wish to add AHA to your routine.
Patch testing guide:
Use a clear patch of skin:You should choose an area of skin that is accessible and clear to test whatever the product is. This area should be somewhere that you are comfortable leaving alone for up to 24 hours. The skin around your elbow is a good example.
Wash the area first:First, make sure the area you're applying the product to is clean. You'll want to be sure it's the new product and not something else if there is a reaction. Make sure that the area is clean before you begin.
Apply a small amount to the skin:Cover the area with a bandaid after applying the product to the skin patch you've chosen.
Wait 24 hours:It is now time to leave the bandaid on. Ideally, you should wait about 24 hours before removing it. If you experience any pain, burning, or itching, you should remove it immediately.
